Do I Qualify
There are several ways your household can qualify for the ACP. It can be based on your household income, or if you or a dependent already participate in certain government assistant programs, or if anyone in your household already receive a Lifeline benefit.

- Income at 200% or below Federal Poverty Guidelines (details)
- Receive SNAP benefits
- Enrolled in Medicaid
- Receive WIC support
- Student is registered for Free & Reduced Lunch or CEP school
- Received a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year

Hot Springs and Mountain Pine School Districts
All Hot Springs and Mountain Pine School District Students qualify for the ACP through the Community Eligibility Provision. The process is very simple and it only takes a couple of days to receive your confirmation. Be prepared with the following documents.
- Guardian’s Social Security Card
- Student’s Social Security Card
- School Verification (Report Card or letter from school office)
